It's because we understand this that we constantly strive to apply the very best standards in all that we do. Our commitment to quality has been recognised by external organisations.  

DENPLAN EXCEL

We have had this standard since 2000.  This is the most rigorous of all the dental standards.  We are interviewed by one of Denplan's Practice Advisors for a whole day.

  • We have to comply with 300 items relating to the practice
  • Record cards, medical history updates and X-rays  are checked for accuracy
  • Our Denplan patients complete a questionnare rating our service, performance and attitude
  • All our CPD records are checked

We were thrilled to be nominated for the Denplan Team of the Year award in 2002

We have had this stadard since 1999.  We have since gone for Iip Choices and acheived GOLD.

  • We were the first dental practice in the North West of England to acheive this
  • We are in the top 1% if IiP in the country
  • This award reflected the enthusiasm and commitment of the team
  • It was a total team effort
  • We had to show how our Key Performance indicators were helping acheive a successful and happy practice
BDA Good Practice Scheme Investor In People
The BDA Good Practice Scheme offers practices a way of telling their patients that they are committed to working to a standard of good practice set by the profession's national association. We received GOLD award status February 2010.
