Practice growth and development is at the core of St. Helen’s Dental’s philosophy. Every staff member is actively involved in ongoing training to further improve the service provided to their patients.

Team building and audits also feature highly as a priority. This commitment to continual self improvement was acknowledged with the Practice being awarded the Investor in People title.

This team spirit shows through with staff getting involved in things such as sponsored bike rides, and Children’s Promise charity. Our Dental Health Educator and Fluoride Nurses also do presentations to Rainbows, Brownies and CASS as well as our local Residental Homes – to encourage and promote good oral hygiene and care.
